Jeff Drennen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Coshocton

Absolute worst buying experience ever. I'm an out of state customer & would not recommend this dealership whatsoever. It took over a month to receive my sales tax reimbursement check so that I can get my vehicle title transferred, the registration done, etc. Not only that but when I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of gas and the dealership refused to fuel the vehicle. I got the vehicle home & the next day, there was a squealing sound coming from it when the heat was turned on. Had it checked by a dodge dealership in Pennsylvania and come to find out that the cabin air filter was cracked, leaves under the filter and in the blower motor (but supposedly right before I bought it, the oil was changed by jeff drennen dodge. If that was the case then why wasn't the cabin air filter checked??? Every time I have an oil change done, the cabin air filter is always checked). So jeff drennen dodge likely either didn't check the cabin air filter or didn't bother changing it. Not only was the cabin air filter bad, but the leaves being in the blower motor put the blower motor off balance and now the blower motor is bad & it needs changed. This dealership told me that the dodge dealership in Pennsylvania was scamming me because of the air filter issue. But in reality jeff drennen dodge didn't want to take responsibility when this should've already been taken care of.

Hands down the best buying experience we have had. Our salesman Mike made sure we had all the details on our 24 Durango before we decided. The whole team was friendly and professional. Also the lot was spotless after a huge snowfall. All the cars were cleaned off and the lot was easy to walk through. Nice job all around 👏
