For two years I've struggled with my old car as it has slowly deteriorated. Sadly, I have a horrible loan on it and it didn't make any sense to use it for a trade-in. Bought my GMC Acadia 3 years ago from Drennens. I had to bring it in for an airbag recall. Jamie was exceptional in the service area. That day the car care guys were very busy working with many. Jamie was very informative and patient with my questions. I was able to schedule another service fix within days for preventative maintenance. Sometimes we put off car care concerned the fix will be to costly, I got lucky this time, fix was very reasonably priced & they were available on a Saturday so I wouldn’t miss work. I see many reviews on the car salesmen, so I must shine a light on the service guys in the back. Us car owners appreciate the hard work & friendly care the service guys bring. Thanks so kindly
