My wife and I showed up 04/18 I privately sold my 2021 at4 3.0 Duramax . Caleb Phillips came out and introduce himself and I told him I was looking for a truck I saw online and he said give him 10 mins . Him and the sales mgr came out and told.me there was a issue with the other truck . I said ok and thought I wasn't gonna have any luck but they said wait don't leave we have another one u may be interested in. I have had to best buying/trading experience here at Jeff Gordan Chevrolet with my salesman Craig Childs. I found my pre-owned Yukon online and Craig is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He went over the whole vehicle with me, explaining the features and I took it for a test drive. I am pleased with how easily the whole process went from trading my Acadia, paperwork, to finance dept which was also great.
