I came in with an urgent issue, and while another dealership told me it would be two weeks just to begin diagnosing the vehicle, Zoe made sure I was taken care of immediately. She quickly got me in, arranged a loaner vehicle, and kept the entire process efficient and stress-free. Communication was excellent—she answered every question and kept me fully informed throughout. Mary Carlisle and Macy Martin also played a key role, assisting with vehicle pickup and answering body work questions to make sure everything was completed properly. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. I truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend them.

Great experience at Jeff Cadillac Beaverton. It was great working with JJ - always prompt. I had to leave my car at the lot for three weeks post purchase for interstate shipping, and JJ helped throughout. He made sure the right driver picked it up and saw it safely onto the transport truck. Had good time connecting with Joe Moorefield (finance) too. All in all professional service from start to finish!

I had a great experience working with JJ Greenwood on my Blackwing purchased out of state. I only hope GM keeps making them so I can get another one someday... save the manuals!
