The Best Hyundai Dealership in Ohio! From the moment I contacted this dealership I knew I was in good hands! My Salesperson was Safe! I surprisingly asked him if that was his actual name and it is! He texted me after our initial conversation to make sure that I had the address and number of the dealership. I was unsure of which Hyundai I actually wanted and was stuck between two different vehicles. He explained the differences between each vehicle and even let me sit inside both before I decided which one I wanted to test drive. I really think he went above and beyond to offer great customer service and to ensure that me as the customer was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. He made the process super easy and I left the dealership with exactly the car I wanted. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. Every staff member that I encountered was welcoming and nice. If I had to buy another vehicle, I would definitely choose this dealership to make the purchase.

Rafael Floyd was very personable and attentive to my needs. Outside of taking 6 hours to complete the transaction, the process was smooth with one minor discrepancy. Interest rate received was 2.5% higher than discussed/promised.

My experience was awesome 10/10 highly recommend. I came in originally for an SUV and unfortunately for my own circumstances I couldn’t get into it. Which was a bummer but my guy Cecil Singleton didn’t let me leave the lot with nothing he worked HARD to put me in a vehicle that same day!! I’m very grateful to have worked with him!! I was looking for a new truck, Found Chandler at Fairfield Hyundai and he and his home Mesah put me in a 2026 Hyundai Cruz SEL with all bells and whistles for the low with 10yr 100,000 mi drive train 5yr 60 thousand bumper to bumper, Bluelink and Sirius radio Really friendly place to buy a car The guys are cool as hell, well mannered and really know the cars. My wife bought a new car a year ago and said the salesman at the Chevy dealership acted as if he was selling Bentleys. Not at Fairfield Hyundai I highly recommend 👌
