Jeff Wyler Kia of Colerain

I had such a wonderful experience at Kia Colerain. I went to several dealerships in the area and Michael Bowling at Kia Colerain was a top notch salesman which is why I chose to buy there. He was transparent, to the point, and went above and beyond as far as customer service. When he realized the car we discussed was sold, he found one just like it and drove to Lexington that same day to get it for me. Since the new car didn’t have all weather mats and the one that was sold did, Chris the (the GM I believe) made sure to include all weather mats. Chris also put me in a test drive car for the night since I expected to drive away with a new car that day and I didn’t. They were both very professional. I bought the car the next day but it didn’t have the all weather mats in it. Michael continued to look for some before resorting to ordering them . When he found them, Michael was willing to meet me somewhere to give them to me so I wouldn’t have to make the long drive back to Colerain. Michael never tried to add a bunch of extras or fluff in the sale and neither did Jenn the finance manager. I found them all incredibly easy to work with, very friendly, professional and transparent. My experience at Kia Colerain was so pleasant.

Everyone here is super nice. Very professional! It's a well-oiled machine, I tell you! The place is spotless and everybody talks to you and smiles. They don't care if you're here just for service or if you are looking to buy, or if you're stopping by for a part. Everybody gets treated super important, as we should! And by the way... Don't ever tell me that it's impossible for businesses to accommodate everyone in a neutral restroom! They've got a hallway of doors. I've seen this before and other businesses, especially progressive college buildings. There's not a downside to it! I've been in housekeeping management. I would rather shut down or clean a restroom one at a time. I've been in retail, I'd rather have one restroom at a time that a family can go in. I'm a mom. I'd rather have one safe bathroom for my kid to go in and feel like a big adult doing all the things all by themselves. There's changing tables in a few of these restrooms as well. Personally,I need accessibility so I'd rather have one bathroom that has the room for me. Honestly, I can't see any drawbacks to this, no matter what your point of view is. Not to mention, everyone is safe in their own space. Everybody can be private. Nobody needs to be intimidated. I've only been here twice so far and I picked up a Kia tumbler and got some touch-up paint while I was here. This is a super nice dealership. That's all I'm saying. And that's what we need in the world today! Bravo Jeff Wyler Kia! Bravo!!

I am so pleased to say Jeff Wyler Kia of Colerain most definitely had the best customer care hands down!!! I was at a point of giving up all hope from buying a car from my last experience at another dealership but my sales rep Josh did his big one with me! They were super busy but that didn’t change the fact that Josh checked in on me while taking care of another customer, communicated with me, he was very patient and answered all questions and if he wasn’t for sure on a question he went above and beyond to go find out so he wasn’t misleading me or just telling me anything. His dedication and commitment to getting me in my new car was very much appreciated. Jennifer from insurance was very sweet and kind. She got me the best quote within 15 mins. She made that process very quick, stress free and provided me with all my documents right there. I also want to thank Ginn from finance. She went through everything with me in detail, answered any questions I had and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Might I add she had a wonderful sense of humor in which you don’t find in people very often!! Overall the entire process was smooth from the time I walked through the door up until the time I drove off the lot in my new Kia!! It was also a pleasure meeting two of the big boss’s who both congratulated me on my new purchase!!
