I purchased a 2021 Silverado from Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville, around the end of March and this has been a very disappointing experience. During the buying process, they were very pushy about getting me to sign paperwork quickly. They did clean the outside of the truck for me to look at, but the interior was not properly cleaned or gone through, which should have been a red flag. They also would not come down much on the price, repeatedly telling me it was an “excellent truck.” After getting it home and inspecting it more closely, that was not the case. The truck has clearly been repainted in areas to cover up prior damage, but you can still see defects in the paint and bodywork. There are multiple issues throughout — broken interior components, trim not fitting correctly, and overall signs of poor condition. I’ve already had to schedule warranty work on the window switch as well. Even basic maintenance was neglected. The cabin air filter was completely clogged (see photos), which shows the vehicle was not properly inspected or serviced before being sold. They also included the Wyler Protection package without clearly explaining it, and if you’re purchasing an extended warranty, it’s unnecessary. Overall, it feels like the truck was dressed up just enough to sell, and the process was rushed so I wouldn’t catch these issues upfront. I would not have purchased this truck if these problems had been disclosed. I’ve attached photos showing the condition. I strongly recommend having any vehicle here independently inspected before signing anything.
