Excellent sales experience with Mandel Nellon.One thousand percent recommend him to buy a car from. As far as the present service department it is in a shambles. Waited four weeks to find out that my trade in was not getting fixed. It was in a month no phone calls from their staff. Ended up parts not available and obviously for whatever reason car was not really looked at and I got the feeling they did not want to do the work in the first place on an older car. I would not take a lawnmower to their present service department. In the past excellent service. Now very poor I rate them minus five. Love my new vehicle but in the future I will have service done somewhere else.
