I needed a local dealer and decided to go to Jeffrey Nissan to trade in my lease and get a new one. I started out by texting and I was responded to immediately. I told them what I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payments. Within an hour they sent me a couple write ups and what was possible it was very close to what I wanted to I decided to go in at the beginning of the following week. I showed up told Jim the sales manager where I needed to be- he got me the exact deal and price and miles I needed on my new lease. Within an hour I was signing papers to drive off. Financing paperwork took less than 20 mins and Dominic was awesome in going over all the paperwork and explaining. My salesman Joe took great care in showing me my options when I was choosing my new vehicle. They were all upfront and honest and I never felt like I was dealing with the cliche salesperson. They are real people and care about getting you the best deal. I highly recommend Jeffrey Nissan. Thanks guys.

I had the most wonderful experience with buying a new car. The sales person Charles was polite always had a smile and answered all my questions with my car purchase. He went over the features as many times as I needed him too and stated I can call anytime with questions. The sales manager was awesome as well when we read the contract he ask and made sure I understood what I was signing. Offered water and was pleasant also. Steve and the service team went above and beyond to have me back in my brand new Murano in less than 24 hours after a major unforeseen event that disabled my car. I had no interruption in my work or life whatsoever because of their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. They are all heroes in my eyes. Rick, the shuttle driver, arrived at my home bright and early this morning to take me to my car. He was friendly and kind. I enjoyed the conversation on the ride to the dealership. This is how customer service is done all around and how you win life time customers. Great job everybody!

First off Gloria is the best at what she does. Very knowledgeable. Andre Andre Andre!!! After my radio wouldn't connect to my phone and everyone giving me excuses even saying it was a "Honda issue" Andre fixed it in 2 minutes!!! He is the best. They shld have Andre train others. Love the service I received from Gloria who sold me my passport to Andre who trouble shot my issue and got me together. Thank u!!!

Bella and Anthony were very personable and accommodating. I come to this location all the time for my oil changes and repairs. I have a 2016 Rouge AWD that I'm trying to keep for as long as possible. This economy! Anyway, the staff are pleasant and I've gotten some discounts of expensive repairs. Also, shutting service was available to me within minutes 🙂 At my last repair I brought my 6yr old with me and Bella had no problem engaging with her and showing her different elements of the shop. My daughter is full of questions and curiosity. She was very patient and explanatory.
