I truly can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Genesis Jacksonville! I want to express my deepest gratitude to Cole, Chase and Sarah for making it possible for me to drive home with my dream car- Brand New 2026 GV70! They ALL made this process so easy, quick and stress free. Cole was absolutely wonderful to deal with when it came to closing the deal and filling out all the paperwork, he was so nice, patient, went over all the features of my car with me. He set everything up for me before I left the dealership and made sure I was completely satisfied before I drove away. Sarah was amazing at following up, keeping in touch with me & answering all my questions in such timely manner, she was so kind & lovely to talk to! Chase found me the exact car I was looking for from the color, trim level and detail, he was very professional and helped get me the best deal. The dealership itself was beautiful, everything was so clean. They have a gorgeous lobby, where I relaxed and had a delicious hot chocolate while my car was getting detailed. Once everything was finished Cole took me to my car where it was waiting with a big red bow on it, and a bottle of wine in the front seat. It’s the small details that matter. I even received a thank you letter and a box of brownies at my door 2 days later (which they were delicious)! I am beyond in love with my car and can’t thank everyone at Genesis Jacksonville enough!

Incredible customer service at this Dealership. My Fiancé and I worked with JENESSA and she made the whole buying experience extremely stress-free. She answered any questions we had before signing and she made us feel like valued customers vs just a transactional deal. This dealership specifically takes care of all their cars and will be getting any future vehicles from here! Got our 2018 Tiguan SEL and did the test drive and paperwork in a timely matter. This week I purchased a Genesis GV70 from Jenkins Genesis. The whole experience was top notch. My sales person, Chris Theodore, was wonderful. He is so calm, knowledgeable and great to work with. The sales manager, Chase, was excellent too. There was no long, grueling process to get the car I wanted. Overall, I had a great experience and got an amazing car. I look forward to seeing them again when I go in for service needs. Highly recommend!

EVERYONE my wife and I dealt with at the dealership on a Sunday afternoon were pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! A huge shout out to Jenessa, our salesperson, Chase, the Sales Manager and Michael, the Finance Manager. We went in to test drive a pre-owned GV70 and left with one…and a lease on a new G70 with the trade in off my ‘23 model. YOLO!!!
