Jenkins Genesis of Ocala

I purchased a vehicle through Genesis of Ocala from Tennessee. Everything went so smooth from the initial inquiry online to talking to the sales rep Tyler and Samantha. Dwayne took over who is the head of finance and made sure my deal with through successfully and that I was satisfied. They communicated every step of the way and helped find an affordable delivery service. I received my vehicle quickly and I’m 100% satisfied. I would recommend them 1000% over the only regret I have is not living in Florida to be able to use them for all my service needs.

Looking for a new Car to purchase I drove through their Parking lot. I felt trapped they had cars parked in the path to get out I didn't want to squeeze through two cars. I tried to back up on an angle and did not see the black car on my driver's side directly behind me. I was so embarrassed Thank you to the Salesmen who were very kind One of the men in the Parking lot moved a car so I could drive out it he was very kind I know this was my fault but I was promised a phone call before you submitted the claim.

Adam Croner and Daniel Metz took care of me and my Genesis with 5 Star Service. Needed a new battery and my vehicle was under warranty. They brought me a loaner Genesis, quite a distance from their dealership. Picked up my car the next day and my car was clean and serviced as well. Adam and Dan stayed in touch with me the entire time and followed up with calls to be sure all was well. I will always use this dealership for any Genesis needs. I have other Genesis dealers near me but Ocala was absolutely the easiest and fastest with great staff and managers!

Genesis Service : Yesterday I took in My GV 70 for the routine service interval. I was met by service advisor Daniel M. I had a couple of questions about my vehicle. He clearly explained the situations and left me at ease. Service was quick and had the car washed. They wash it by hand so I was good with that. Service waiting area is very comfortable. Just an all around good experience.

Mr Bailey Mr.Lyons and the team at Jenkins Genesis of Ocala were friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. I would gladly recommend anyone to visit and give this team at Jenkins a try. I Love the purchase of the GV70 which is a gift for my wife.
