Jenkins Kia of Crystal River

I definitely would recommend Kia in Crystal River if you're car shopping. My thanks to Israel, Steven, and Sayed for helping with my purchase of my 2025 Kia. The courtesy and professionalism of these people is awesome. You feel like they really care about you as a customer. Everyone from the receptionist at the desk and all of the employees that I communicated with were friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience! Got a great trade in value and the exact color car I wanted. The salesman was so nice, not pushy at all! He spent a great deal of time setting the car up with me and downloading the app. The GM there came out to say hello to us and treated us like family. A 10/10, highly recommend

Originally started on the phone with Receptionist Kay who was a pleasure to talk to she then connected me to Rich the Manager who went over the basics and figured out what I wanted, then Darien came in the picture with a Sportage and went over the features let me get familiar and off on a test drive went. Great car Darien good ability to explain everything by the time we were back I was ready to sign. Everyone I was in contact with at Jenkins Kia Crystal River was welcoming, friendly and very kind. It was a pleasure handling my business with them.

My husband and I are in our 70s and have bought plenty of cars over the years. I am sorry to say that our experience at Jenkins Kia in Crystal River was our worst experience ever. Right off the bat the car we wanted had several serious paint chips on the roof and hood. We were told "Don't worry we will take care of that. They didn't and denied ever saying they would. Finally after several phone calls they handed us a paint pen (woefully inadequate to fix the problem) and said fix it yourself. During the buying process we would come to an agreement with one person and then be transferred to someone else who tried to tell us we had agreed to something completely different. This happened several times and was very stressful. Before we took the car they fixed an oil leak and in the process knocked down the heat shield or didn't notice that it was loose and we had to get that taken care of somewhere else. In the end we stuck to our original agreements and bought the car but the whole buying experience was disappointing and stressful. We will not be back.
