Jenkins Nissan Of Leesburg

The people there are fantastic to deal with and very nice. However, they are deceptive in their pricing. The listing did show 3 other fees that are not included in the price, which is fine. However, they perform about $2800 worth of work on the vehicles they sell, but when presented with that fact, they word it as if its something they do as a value add - something they "just do for the customer". Turns out they add it to the price of the car when you go to purchase the vehicle. They also don't disclose until late in the process that they apply a purebond coating that is almost another grand. This is also on top of the price price of the vehicle. So if you go in an buy a car listed at $10,000, add another $5 - $6 thousand on top of that and that will be your price. Not to mention the GAP and warranty that finance does not mention they already added the price of the vehicle without your knowledge. Every time I have bought a car in the past, the Finance Manager presents these to you and tries to sell them. Not at this place. They include it and wait for you to say something about it. Nice people, good quality vehicles, but definitely needs to be more upfront with the OTD pricing.

Sharing a service experience. Needed a battery and alternator replaced on a 2017 Murano. Price at Jenkins was over $1000 more than two local shops. (Both national chains). I expressed this disappointment to the service staff and they discounted the service my very little explaining they pay thier techs better so the labor rates are higher. Unfortunately the car was there. They charge you to hook the car to computer and we would have had to get it towed. So the end result would be us saving about $500. So we just had Jenkins do it. I asked to speak to service manager when picking the car up to express by displeasure in the price. He was in meeting and said he would call me back. Never called. Just a warning to all. Check local shops before using Jenkins for service , pricing can be much cheaper at other locations.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony at Leesburg Nissan. Definitely knew The vehicle and was able to show me all the features. Find young man! Definitely give him a 10 out of 10!

After buying my car yesterday, I can safely say that I would absolutely recommend Jenkins Nissan. The first car I bought from them was in 2021. I had an awful experience, and too much to describe here; however, the people I dealt with in 2021, are no longer there. This time (2026), I was under the impression that the business is under new management. I felt heard. I started talking with Evan, who then passed me up to the senior sales person, Tyreek. They were absolutely fantastic and personable. My 1,001 questions were answered. I am really terrible with names, so I can't include the name of the finance person who met with me at the end, but he was amazing, as well. He was super patient with me and took the time to explain everything in detail, or as much as I needed. This time, I left Jenkins Nissan feeling confident about going back and doing business with them in the future. Jenkins Nissan, please never lose the mentality you have now. Never go back to your 2021 performance. You all crushed it this time around!

Went to Jenkin’s Nissan to look at a Rogue but Steven the salesman turned out to be excellent at exploring my needs and showed me a Kicks which turned out to be the perfect little SUV for me. What a great experience at Jenkins Nissan in Leesburg. I can’t say enough about the dignity and respect my wife and I were shown. Go to this dealership if you are in the market for a Nissan.
