Jensen LeMars Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I’d put 0 stars if I could. Bought a charger from them a year ago with almost 100k miles for $25k. Haven’t had a moment with this car where something wasn’t wrong, not even an exaggeration. They don’t want to take any accountability for anything and when we went to get one of the issues they sold us with replaced (water pump and thermostat), they put tape over it and charged us $400+ dollars and it was broken again within 12 hrs. I hope they go bankrupt for burning holes in peoples pockets with a smile on their face.

Very pleased with our second Cherokee purchase experience at Jensen Le Mars, Jeep. The sales rep, Chris Bright, was very personable and helpful. He was willing to find us the right Jeep at our price point and offered to drive to get it if necessary.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership, I purchased a vehicle from them a few months back and had issues within the first day of purchase. Took the truck to them at least 3 times due to a vibration issue. First, they said it was the tires, so I go out and buy new tires, have them installed, did not fix problem, took it back to him, they say it is an alignment issue, nope bc had that done to, then they say it is the roads. I took it to a ford dealership close to hometown and they were able to find the issue first-hand which is a bent drive shaft. I do believe the whole time they knew what was wrong with the tru k and didnt wannna fix it and were really amit on me purchasing the 3rd party warranty. In turn I also Do not recommend buying the warranty as I am at the moment. Having still a hard time trying to get this covered under the warranty as the service guy they sent out tried to tell the service guy it was my tires. Neither Jansen ford nor the warranty they used are honest worthy people. If you wanna buy a vehicle from a ford dealership with someone who cares about their customer. And has a great service department I would recommend Ford out of Chillicothe Missouri.

My wife purchased a used F150 and absolutely loves it. During transition also purchased a new Jeep, had some issues with the initial salesperson that caused a rocky start while dealing with Jensen, I will admit was quite upset about how things were going. After my initial frustration was passed along I was contacted by one of the managers named Dan and got everything sorted out and am thoroughly amazed by the kind hearted and reasonable manner to help the consumer out. Leaps and bounds satisfied with the resolution and how hard the Jensen team went to make a bad situation into a good one. It speaks more volume to how a company helps the consumer after an issue arises versus the company who either ignores the issue or never gets the opportunity to make it right. Very happy with how it all worked out. Kudos and thanks Dan! You're awesome and appreciated for what you do.
