Brandon at Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi made my car-buying experience such a positive one. I went in hoping for an SUV, but when he noticed the one available was already having issues, he was upfront with me and didn’t try to push me into it just to close a deal. Instead, he helped me find my 2024 Kia Forte, which ended up being the perfect fit for me. I really respect and appreciate that he kept his integrity and focused on what was best for me as the customer. He was patient, helpful, and truly had my best interest in mind. Christopher Wolfe was amazing and he helped us get into a new car today! We hit a few speed bumps but everyone at the dealership worked together to get us into the car that we wanted! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone. They truly made us feel like family. Do it! You'll be in good hands!!!

It is very hard/impossible to find a shop in the Kansas City area that are able to work on a Mitsubishi Evolution X. So I had no choice but to take it to the dealership and the service department was very very helpful. Greg was very friendly and had great patience for me and all of my millions of questions. The most surprising part was the pricing. People often say that the dealership is way too expensive, but in this case it was the same price if not a little cheaper than most shops in the area. I would highly recommend to my friends or family.

Kenneth Anonye was my sells guy.. I came in just only knowing that I needed a Suv.. some that I liked was out of my price range so I didn't think that I would get approved.
