My experience during the purchase of my 2015 Chevy Traverse was very pleasant. My 2012 Traverse was totalled a week ago when a deer hit the front of my car! This was my second vehicle which was a daily driver and I wanted to replace it with another Traverse. Diego, my sales rep was friendly and professional. Bigger Chevy met and exceeded my needs.

I do not have enough positive words to say about the experience I had here. The folks here worked hard to find a vehicle that would fit the bill and work with the bad credit I have. After telling me about an Equinox EV with AWD that had just come in, they got me financed and started the process. I came all the way out from Lansing, Michigan because of the deal I got. I took the train to Chicago, but rather than have me take a connecting Metra train out to Elgin, Brian came in on his day off… making the hour drive from Elgin to downtown Chicago to give me a ride to the dealership in Elgin. We had great conversation, and it kept going the whole time. After the test drive, I loved the mix of professionalism, competence, and humor exchanged between coworkers. Perhaps even better was the fact that the folks I worked with knew their stuff about electric vehicles and the EVs they were selling. Mine was not the only one in their inventory, and it was apparent that they had done their homework. I should also mention that along with giving me a ride from Chicago to Elgin, Brian reached out to me that night to make sure I had safely made the drive home to Michigan. That was pretty awesome. My 2017 Ford Taurus has been having multiple issues with the fuel pump, water pump, spark plugs, exhaust, the gamut. I decided that this was my opportunity to go for an EV, and the folks in sales at Jerry Biggers Chevy helped make it happen. They appreciated the distance I traveled and made it worth my time. Definitely a dealership I will bear in mind next time I need an automobile.

Had a great experience with Diego!! Had been searching for a certain vehicle for the wife, for weeks. Dealing with pushy salesman was getting old. Finally came across what we were looking for and from the first call with Diego I knew it was gonna b a better experience. Very friendly, informed, not pushy at all, and was great to deal with. The Traverse was also exactly as described so we weren’t disappointed that we had driven 2 hours to purchase. We did a lot of leg work over the phone and was in and out of there in 1.5 hours with a great vehicle and great experience. Will definitely start here the next time we r looking. Thanks Diego!!
