Overall had a decent experience and a good deal. Everything went smoothly with the purchase with the exception of 2 small details. During the walk-around of the car I noticed a small plastic chrome piece missing from the door handle. I mentioned it to the sales person and they said they would take care of it by having service order the part and send it to me. I corresponded with the sales person multiple times asking for updates and resending pics at their request. It has been roughly 2.5 months and the part has not arrived. I also stopped getting a response to my email. The reality is is is less about the small part and more about the fact that they did not follow through as promised. Or just say they couldn't get it instead of having me wait around for it. I also was frustrated with the pressure and slight mis-information about signing up for Onstar one. This seemed like a sales person incentive that was really pushed and when I got on the actual call with Onstar one I had to give my credit card number for the trail and then call to cancel later. *UPDATE* 4/25/26 After I posted this review Jerry Haggerty reached out and shared they had the part. After a bit of back and forth they shipped the small missing piece. I am very thankful and added a star to my review. They did make right on the sales person's word. In the spirit of positive critique I suggest they follow through in a timely manor and record information provided. I had to share what piece the car was missing 3 times. I also wish it happened without me having to share the details in a review. I had every intention of leaving a 5 start positive review. That aside appreciate the resolution! Thanks Jerry Haggerty.

Joe has a great team and they know how to make you feel assured with their genuine and authentic style of sales. No fees or fake salesmen. Phil worked at a feverish pace with the financial side, knowing my parents couldn’t sit there all day. 110% efforts all around. Really excited with the beautiful car and great price.
