I am very impressed with the work this dealer has to offer. Vehicle service is always exceptional, quick and reasonably priced! Jade in the service department is also AMAZING to deal with! I’m used to having issues with other ram dealerships when it comes to servicing my 2016 Ram 2500, but when it comes to meaford I am throughly impressed with what they have to offer as a service centre! There’s no doubt that meaford has now become my new go-to Ram dealer for service.

Dropped my Car off at the service center and was informed HV battery recall. They told me they were going to need to keep my car for 3-4 weeks and could not return me my car. They simply gave me a 1-800# to obtain a rental car. I ended up getting transferred 1,000 times only to be told to pay out of pocket and see reimbursement but did explain how. To make matters worse no Enterprise in the area had any available cars AND their reimbursement covers $50 a day IF you rent a Stalantis vehicle!!!! I will now miss multiple work days since this dealer has no LOANERS and did not facilitate a rental! STAY AWAY FROM anything stalantis
