When I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. My advisor was friendly, attentive and listened to any and all of my concerns. He clearly communicated a timeline and all aspects of it. He offered transportation to and from home while service was being performed. I also appreciated how clear the communication was during the service. I received text and video updates clearly communicating the service and inspection process and all findings. This was a refreshing departure from the service I had been receiving from the GMC dealership I purchased my vehicle from. When you spend 6 figures for a vehicle part of what I expect with that purchase is a high level of support after the sale and a premium customer service experience. I feel that I received that for the first time during my first visit to Jerry Seiner GMC. Other GMC dealerships in the Salt Lake Valley should take note.

Arlett went to great lengths to get us what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed and was always available to answer our questions. It was a great purchase! The whole team was very friendly and helpful, and the financial department also provided excellent service.

My salesman John was great. What a nice experience. I had previously visited a Chevy dealer just south from these guys and I didn’t feel taken care of. From the moment I arrived at this dealership John listened to what I wanted and was aware enough of what his inventory was that he had a clean used 2024 with 24k miles on it fully loaded with everything I wanted. Price was fair and it was a super quick sales experience. The other place I went to first took 3 hours and didn’t have what I was looking for. I was going to get a new truck but he found me this one at a great price. Been almost a month and he was still checking in to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. This is how it should be done. I have purchased four commercial work trucks over the years here and have always been happy. This is my first personal truck and I’m happy with everything so far.
