My experience at Jerry Seiner Honda truly could not have been better. I worked with Isaiah Gonzalez on a lease for the all-new 2026 Honda Prelude, and what started as a casual internet search quickly turned into something I never expected. I wasn’t actively shopping for a new car and had no plans to trade in my 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300, a car I genuinely loved. Everything changed when Dan, one of the Finance Managers, let me test drive his Prelude. I immediately fell in love with it. The Prelude is truly in a class of its own, a stylish coupe that still delivers an impressive 43–46 MPG. At the end of the day, a girl really just wants a cute car with great gas mileage, and the Prelude checks every box. I ended up with the Boost Blue color, with white interior, which they were able to find for me and bring it in. Most dealerships would not be willing to do that. Isaiah made the entire process a reality. From start to finish, the trade-in and lease process was smooth, honest, and transparent. We did encounter a small hiccup regarding some invoice pricing on Prelude specs, but General Manager, Eric handled the situation professionally, took accountability, and made sure everything was resolved appropriately. That level of integrity goes a long way. I also had a great experience with Edgar in Finance. He took the time to thoroughly explain the lease terms and review every piece of paperwork with me, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free vehicle transactions I’ve ever experienced. The entire team treated me with respect, communicated clearly, and genuinely seemed invested in earning my business rather than simply making a sale. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and look forward to continuing my relationship with Jerry Seiner Honda for years to come. Isiah is a nice young man with a promising future ahead of him. Daniel from the business office was an absolute joy. He kept us entertained and laughing while sharing all his adventures. Their hospitality host was amazing as well. Y’all, she baked fresh cookies and made sandwiches for customers. I had never leased before and the process was so smooth. Jennifer Salazar in sales was nice, not pushy, and answered all my questions. Daniel Carmolinga, the finance manager, was super helpful, detailed, went through everything clearly and thoroughly. I had questions and he was patient explaining everything to me, no rush. I really appreciate that! Buying or leasing a new car can be a daunting experience, but I got lucky to deal with Jennifer and Daniel.
