Under new management and they are trying really hard! Bought a 2026 Tahoe and saved over $5k off MSRP. Classic in Grapevine wasn’t even close in their offer. Gave me a solid number on my trade-in. Javier Alvarado was a wonderful sales person and financing was also very easy to deal with. Even the extended warranty at $2500 for seven years and 100,000 miles was great! Probably the easiest transaction I have dealt with in the last 20 years of buying several cars! Strongly recommend this dealership and Javier!

I recently had to bring my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse in for a coolant leak, and I cannot say enough great things about Timothy in the service department. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting my issue resolved quickly. He made sure my vehicle was properly diagnosed, and the repair (radiator inlet hose replacement) was completed under warranty with no hassle at all. What impressed me the most was the turnaround time — I had my vehicle back much sooner than expected, and everything is now running perfectly. Robert Drury is a must use! He treated me with respect and made sure to let me take a drive in the vehicle BEFORE trying to run my credit and crunch numbers. Autosavvy in FTW didn’t even let me look at the vehicle they had and started running numbers and even took my keys right away so I couldn’t leave after I saw they weren’t my kind of people. Robert was awesome! Told me every detail of what my truck had going on and was there every step of the way. I left the lot more than happy and loved my experience.
