We had a our Escape in for it's 10K service. Everything was completed in a timely manor and done as expected. Car was returned clean ( no grease on the door, steering wheel, or seat), which is hard to come by now for many dealer service departments. thank you.

Jerseyville Ford is the best! Helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. I had a new throttle body installed and a flush and fill of the transmission in my Lincoln MKX. I was provided a Bronco sport loaner to drive. With my previous visit, which was body work, they washed, waxed and vacuumed the interior and it looks brand new! I was provided an Expedition to drive. Both times were very pleasant experiences. Thank you guys!

I have been going to Jerseyville Motor Company for 27 years & will go there forever. The level of service & satisfaction is outstanding! Kevin, Carson & Dianne in the service dept are great. Carson is so knowledgeable & patient explaining things to me. Dianne & Kevin do their best to get you scheduled, then in & out! Jeff is great who I buy my cars from. This is the ONLY dealership I will ever use for purchases & service. There is a closer Ford dealership to my home but I would rather drive the distance for Jerseyville Motor Company.

Most pleasant new car purchase experience we’ve ever had. Salesman was quick to greet us, answer questions concerning the Bronco Sport that piqued our interest and get the key. No high pressure sales. Hubby planned to go to St Louis to talk to a dealer we have previously worked with, but we were so satisfied with our experience and the deal that was offered at Jerseyville Motor Co, that we stayed this side of the River. The entire process was easy and every person we talked to was so helpful! Highly recommend.

Went in for a hail damage estimate that they said would take 30 minutes, three weeks later still no estimate! Poor customer service. Just isn’t like it used to be.
