I didn’t plan to buy a new car but my wife found a great deal on a 26 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn with a hell of a rate. Chris made the whole experience seamless and it was the smoothest purchase I’ve had in years. We have been dealing with the Jim Browne Jeep dealership since 2017 when they started servicing my (new then) Cherokee Trailhawk I bought from another area dealer that I found had dishonest practices. Since 2017 Gene Sladkin was and still is my service advisor. In 2023 after we sold the Cherokee we bought a Grand Cherokee Summit which has been (like the old Cherokee) well serviced ever since. Last week we decided to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and found just what we wanted on the Jim Browne lot. Salesman Josh Moore met with us and comprehensively explained the features of the Wrangler to our satisfaction. We could tell that Josh was a seasoned salesperson who did the whole sales process nicely. Tara Johnson handled the financial part of the sale with ease and friendliness.
