Initial purchase process and pricing was good; New 2026 RAM RHO. Vehicle had damage and I was promised it would be taken care of. This review is related to my experience with that promise being met, which ultimately it would have been had I just continued to wait to get a response. I deducted 2 stars due to my aggravation from what I perceived as non responsiveness, actually delayed response. Due to the lack of timely response, I bought the damaged part I was promised during purchase, myself. Had I waited a few more hours, the salesman did finally contact me to let me know the part was in. So, I guess, if you run into issues with the vehicle you purchase from them, they will, apparently, honor their promise to make it right, just be more patient with your response than I was. When I wasn’t contacted for 3 business days, which I later found out that 1 of those days he didn’t work, I decided they were going to be just like other dealerships I have had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with lately and decided the $250 for parts and installation wasn’t worth the aggravation so bought the part myself. Just providing my experience, you make your own decision. Again, keep in mind, price is actually great, trade value is on par with other dealerships, I am apparently just an impatient individual that places responsiveness to customer inquiries as a very important factor in where I do business.

Purchased a 2020 Ram 2500. Communication was very good from start to finish. Sales rep Dalton is a natural at sales. He was just awesome. There when needed but not overbearing or in your face. We wanted some things changed on the truck before we picked it up and their service department took care of everything. They said it'd be a week and a week it was. They said what they'd do and they did what they said. I was really dreading buying a truck based on past experiences at other dealers, but was very pleased at how easy everything was here. Jim Butler appears to be a well run business that is very customer centric. If you're in the market, give them a call and ask for Dalton. He'll take care of you.

Experience was great! They have pretty good deals on vehicles and the process was very easy and straightforward. The only reason for the 4 stars is because when I got the vehicle I bought from them, the oil cap was removed and not put back on. Luckily, it was just sitting in the engine bay. So I was able to put it on and no harm was done to the truck. Just make sure to check under the hood before leaving the lot. So I give the sales staff 5 stars, but their car service staff 3 stars.

Had a great experience at Jim Buter's with Brian Ocheskey. Was getting the runaround in Kansas City trying to buy a new Traverse. Had salesman leading me on then adding $2500 to my out the door price. I found Brian via email, told him what I wanted. He found it at the price I required. Drove 2.5 hours...spent maybe 2+ hours learning about the vehicle/tech and doing minimal paperwork....and out the door. Next time I'm buying, Brian has first shot at my business.
