I am a bit disapointed with Jim Click in green valley. I brought my Bronco in for a few minor repairs, covered under warranty. They said they would need to order parts, even though one was a minor soddering job. The "advisor" never called me to tell me when they were in. When I called the service department, each time I was told I need to talk to the same "advisor." Everytime he wouldn't answer, and I would go to his vm. I left him several messages but never got a reply. Finally I took it in for an oil change, and asked both the person on the phone, and the NEW advisor when I arrived about the repairs. She looked at it, but I guess was never included? They did the oil change and that was it. I guess they don't want to mess with warranty repairs. Will have to find another dealership. Sad. Only gave 2 stars becauset the lady helping me was firendly at least.

Great experience at Jim Click’s this week. Our salesman was Max. He was very accommodating and experienced. Smooth sale, happy with our purchase! All the employees were very friendly, but If you are looking to buy, ask for Max.
