# Summary The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for its respectful sales approach, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and smooth transaction processes, with multiple reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific salespeople and financing staff. However, the service department has drawn criticism for poor communication, lack of diagnostic initiative, and unresponsiveness to customer inquiries, with complaints ranging from unanswered follow-up questions to dismissive handling of technical issues.

We have bought our last two Jeeps from Jim Click and have been very happy about the sales and service of both. We had the knowledgeable and courteous service from Joey Alday. The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is a perfect fit for us.

I have always been hesitant walking into any dealership because I always felt pressured. With my kids growing, I needed to start looking for a bigger vehicle. I decided to go to Jeep first since it was one of my top choices—just to see what I could get for my trade-in and what deals they had. I made it clear up front that I wasn’t purchasing that day, and they fully respected that. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. They answered every single one of my questions and went above and beyond to help me look at cars with all the features I wanted/work with me on numbers. They didn’t just limit me to the cars on their lot—they even researched their other locations to find more options that matched what I was looking for. They never tried to steer me away from my choices, never acted condescending, and never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me just because I’m not a car expert. They got me a great trade-in value, an amazing deal, and even found me the dreamiest car within my price range. The entire process was unbelievably easy. Johnny and Richard really came through—they were extremely professional, super friendly, and genuinely amazing at what they do. They actually made this process fun. Justin made the financial portion quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! Didnt end up with a Jeep but my car came off their lot. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks.

Three days ago I contacted this dealership’s “Chat Professional” Olivia about whether a $39.99 oil change special applied to my vehicle and how long the sale lasted. I was promised an email reply but didn’t receive one the next day. So I followed up with a second Chat again with Olivia who promised again that would receive a reply to my two basic questions. For some unknown reason I have received emails from the sales department that have absolutely nothing to do with my service questions. Meanwhile, the service department has not replied.

The problem with today’s auto-service industry is simple: if a computer doesn’t hand them the answer, most service managers are stuck. They can’t diagnose based on real-world symptoms, they won’t ask their techs if they’ve seen an issue before, and if no fault code pops up, their investigation ends right there. My 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe has a known software issue that intermittently limits electric power delivery. A Denver dealer confirmed this by actually doing what good service departments should do — they asked their technicians, checked internal bulletins, and responded with useful information. Jim Click Jeep in Tucson did the opposite. Their service manager scanned for codes, found none, and immediately dismissed the issue. When I explained that I was traveling through town and heading to Mexico, he offered the next available appointment — December 16th — weeks away. When I declined, he ended the conversation with “goodbye.” No effort to help. No curiosity. No willingness to think beyond what the scan tool told him. That’s not customer service — that’s complacency. Here’s the irony: ChatGPT provided more accurate information about the issue than your service manager did. If AI can already explain, diagnose, and guide customers better than a person whose entire job is to understand vehicle problems, that should be a wake-up call. If service managers don’t add value beyond reading a diagnostic screen, their roles will absolutely be replaced by the same technology they rely on. So yes, Tony at Jim Click Jeep Tucson — take this as a reality check. If you’re not willing to engage, troubleshoot, or even acknowledge known issues beyond what the computer spoon-feeds you, then your job really is at risk. Customers expect problem-solvers, not button-pushers.

I bought one of the last new 4xe Wranglers here. Jack Tropio from sales was absolutely great to deal with, he immediately earned my trust and the deal was sealed in no time.
