Buying a Nissan, you MUST come to Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring. Ask for NOBODY but my Kevin Escobar!!!! He’s the best. Caring, patient, and very informative. He got us our loaded Sentra for lower than we expected to pay. We didn’t even have to haggle!!!! Work with the manager Mike as well because he will take EXTRA good care of you. Grade A VIP service & we love our loaded Sentra SR 👍🏼. Had to lower a few stars unfortunately because of the Finance Manager, David, that works there. After we left with our car, I called him 2 weeks later to discuss canceling a warranty we bought in which he got VERY disrespectful and attempted to scold me stating I “Wasted his time”. I had to report him to the GM & Finance Director. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Not a good look 😡

I have been looking for specific color of Rogue with upgrade package. This dealership has it. I found them online at the beginning. Never been to this store. I filled out my information and someone contact me right away. We setup an appointment over the phone. Kevin Escobar is the best salesman. He is very patient, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything in details. I got a good deal with the car I and my family like.

The customer service at this dealership is some of the best in the area. From the salesmen to the managers, everyone is incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision, which was a completely different experience compared to other dealerships I've purchased cars from. I enjoyed working with Malik throughout the process and would highly recommend him. He answered all of my questions, shared his expertise when needed, and was overall just a joyful person. I left Jim Coleman with a new car and also certainty that I got the best deal possible. These are great people to work with, and I was incredibly pleased with my overall experience.

The service department at this dealership is outstanding from beginning to end. I had a miserable experience trying to get my 2009 Sentra driver's side mirror replaced at another establishment. When I came into the service department at Nissan of Silver Spring I was greeted immediately and the service desk had my car looked at quickly and I had a written estimate and part ordered within 15 minutes. The part arrived in a couple of days and I easily set up an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they greeted me, took the keys, and I went to the waiting area. Unlike other service departments I've been to, the waiting area is very nice. The furniture is comfortable, the coffee options and water are wonderful. My car was done in less time than expected, I was delighted. They did the inspection and washed my car as well. I also appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell on any additional services. Because this was my first time bringing my car to this service department they recommended services based on milage and age of the car. While I was waiting and walked around the dealership to stretch I wasn't asked about buying a new car, like I had experienced at other service departments. I'll be back to this service department when I need work done on my Sentra in the future.

My car had issues with a third party that was completely outside of the dealership’s control, but Michael still went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale. The employees are genuinely kind and honest and the overall experience was the best I could ask for.
