Lara at the Woodstock dealer was the best. No pressure, no constant pressuring. She just let me do my thing at my pace. The communicatiom before even setting foot in the building was fantastic. I received awesome service from Amy! She worked with me on the charge and fixed my issues... Including replacing my broken window! Update: My truck was serviced on October 20, 2025. After the service, I drove it twice over three days, but it started experiencing more issues. I had it towed back to the dealership, and after another service, I drove it for about an hour. Suddenly, it began smoking and broke down in traffic. The dealership had it towed again at their cost. The damage has necessitated a complete engine replacement, which I believe I should not be responsible for. However, repair delays are occurring because I cannot afford to pay part of the costs. This is the third time my truck has been at the dealership in the span of five weeks. Thank you for being patient!
