Purchasing a car, can be so stressful. I am so glad, I went to Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough, to purchase my 2022 Toyota Highlander. Mallory Roberts the Internet Sales Manager, helped me with my online purchase of Highlander. The car price was set in stone, before I came to the Dealership, there were no surprises, and no haggling on the price. When I arrived, Arsyndrea Harris helped us with the purchase of the car, and went the extra mile to set my phone up, with the car, so I would have navigation to drive home. The whole experience took under an hour. Last time I bought a car, I was at a Mazda Dealership for at least 3 hours, with a high-pressure salesman negotiating the price of the vehicle, and it was so stressful. I had a totally different experience at Jim Ellis. I would highly recommend Mallory and Arsyndrea, if you are looking for a car!!!!! I love my 2022 Highlander, and I got a really good deal on it. I also purchased the extended warranty, which was a good deal as well. There was no pressure about the warranty, like I experienced at the Mazda Dealership. They explain the warranty you, and you can purchase or not purchase, you are not in an office for an hour trying to get out of purchasing the warranty. I was very impressed and will be purchasing my future Toyotas from this Dealership using Mallory and Arsyndrea.
