Came to the dealership for warranty repairs and I was blessed to have Ivie as my service advisor and when I say she gave top tier service! Ivie listened to all my concerns and addressed every last one including additional issue which she provided a quote for via text while I waited. While waiting I was able to complete tasks on my computer while at the upstairs cafe. The dealership overall, including the cafe and bathrooms, was very clean! The staff from arrival, cafe and checkout were so nice and all smiles. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
