I saw the add on Facebook, really liked the car, messaged about it, did the financing application, the next day I was told I was approved. I drove 3 hours expecting a bunch of hoops to jump through, but that was not the case. Aidan Degiacomo was communicating with me on my way there. The car was full of gas , we went for test drive-absolutely loved the car! He explained to me the process, and I was blown away! Aidan and Austin in financing were awesome! I think we were at the lot about 45 minutes and away we went in our new car! No paperwork-just a flash drive! The fastest,smoothest, car buying experience! Thank you! Super Awesome!

I want to thank Salesman Alex, Sales Manager Kade, and Salesman Seth for finding me and my family the perfect truck. I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Jim Norton Chevrolet for some years now, and I have never felt like they didn't care, they go above and beyond. I absolutely HATE to shop for vehicles… but Alex helped us find the ideal vehicle I wanted in a very short time frame. He kept the process short, simple and professional. We will be back soon to shop for a replacement vehicle for my husband now. Not saying I like vehicle shopping, but if I go again it will only be to work with Alex. Great customer service. The got me into the truck I have been wanting. Gave me a good deal on my Camaro andI drove off with what I wanted the same day. Jaxson was my salesman and did great. If he wasn't sure of something he found out right away.
