I purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick from Jim Norton Ford. The salesman Carlos Martinez assisted me with the purchase. He was not pushy or over bearing. All and all the sale went fine. He did a very good job. I recommend shopping around for interest rates before you purchase a vehicle anywhere. Also shop what you are willing to pay. Do your research before purchasing.

Jim Norton Ford had three Bronco Raptors for consideration and purchase. Two white 2035’s and a white 2023. The Salesperson, Jon Lane was exceptional and never pushed or hurried the visits. Additionally, it was nice sharing our Military experiences in conversation. Go NAVY! Mo, the Sales Manager was helpful and enabled a smooth easy experience. Jeremy, the Finance Manager was the reason that I considered Jim Norton Ford based upon my neighbors experience and relationship with Jeremy. In fact, my neighbors purchased a 2025 Ford Expedition at the same time. He also handled my trade arrangement without any issues whatsoever.

I was in contact with some representatives before taking the 3 hour drive to look at a Bronco. They shot me some numbers for the payments for my trade in and cash down so I headed down there. When I arrived, everyone was super friendly and honored the deal we had discussed over the phone. There was no haggling, giving me the run around or being pushy with anything! I was so surprised, when we finished the deal they filled the Bronco up with a full tank and gave us some good dinner ideas for around the area. 10/10 would recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy!

Recently my husband and I purchased a 2026 Ford F-150 Raptor from Jim Norton Ford. Connor was our salesman and he was great from start to finish. He was very friendly and personable. Not one time was he ever arrogant or pushy, which can be quite common when purchasing a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. We had a great experience. Brandon was a helpful, professional and straightforward salesperson. No fluff, no nonsense, he listened to what we wanted and needed and got straight to finding it, showing it and explaining it to us. He then offered us time and space to discuss and decide. From there we met with a manager who verified our buying decisions and quickly got us in with finance. We had the buying process explained to us, signed our paperwork, and our new car was waiting on the dock for us to go. We spent less than 90 minutes at the dealer in total between two visits on the same day. Everyone was courteous, professional and efficient from first contact until we drove off the lot. Further, they added or offered several services to add value to our purchase.
