Super easy shopping experience. They had a comparatively large inventory of vehicles equipped the way I wanted. I got to test drive two and settled on “the” one. They took the truck over to a supplier to have the spray in bed liner installed. After signing for everything online, they delivered the truck to my home, an hour from the dealership and even though there was a winter storm, it arrived spotless and with a full tank of gas too! Highly recommend Kameron and the team at Jim Riehl’s Ford!

Randy in the Service Department was outstanding! From start to finish, he kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy. Recently purchased a 2014 Subaru forester from Beth, and I must say from start to finish and beyond she and the service manager, Steve, have been incredibly accommodating and helpful. Beth was very personable and chatted like we were friends, not like she was trying to sell me something. They worked with my credit, and offered me a better rate than other lenders. The day after purchase, we noticed the A/C was not functioning. Steve arranged for our vehicle to be picked up and transported to their dealership, as we live an hour away and our other car is not reliable anymore. They fixed the issue, and dropped it back off to us as well. He also allowed me to modify my contract and add on the extended warranty after declining at the dealership. The whole experience was very smooth, and I always felt heard. Not to mention- the dealership dogs are adorable! ☺️

My husband and I bought a used Ford Edge last week. We have been so happy with how amazing the car has been so far. Most of all so happy with the experience buying the car. We worked with Beth, who let us walk around and try all the cars we desired, assisted us in the test drives for any one we wanted. She was so friendly, welcoming and made the stressful car buying experience so peaceful. This is a great dealership and the people are helpful, fun, and kind. Plus bonus points for being pet friendly:)

So far, they have been very helpful. We got a used Subaru from them 2 weeks ago. Our AC doesn’t work, we noticed, but they were prompt to come pick it up, and are working on it now. Even with this, we are happy with the car so far, will leave an updated review later if necessary. Steve and Beth have been super helpful and nice.
