JJ was my sales representative. He was exceptional! The vehicle we purchased was a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer series II. The vehicle was flawless. JJ went above and beyond to assist us with all the necessary aspects of the purchase. He thoroughly examined every option and demonstrated its functionality. He ensured that there were no recalls, meticulously detailed the car, and filled the fuel tank for us. I highly recommend JJ, and I eagerly anticipate collaborating with him again if we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I purchased my truck in April of 2024 and it was a great experience. Everyone that I worked with was caring, helpful and made the buying process very easy. Since that time, every time I have been back for service, quick calls, or even a couple of random stop ins to bring my dog in; the team here is amazing. They almost all recognize me by name, or at least my dog 😁, and have a genuine interest in asking how we are doing. The buying experience was great. But all lies. Bought a Ram 1500 Laramie. Immediately upon driving home noticed the dash leather bubbling (not visible during the day time test drive) they had it come in.. wouldn’t fix it after a month of having the truck.. so fast forward to the “free oil changes and loaner vehicles” met with an attitude from service and charges for the oil changes. Fast forward to a year and a few months the truck starts going crazy some kind of electrical issue that was over 2 years ago. I’ve been going through them keeping the truck for weeks and months to fix the same issue over and over the last time it was picked up over 2 months ago I made it 12 minutes from the dealer before it did the same thing after they had it for almost a month they’ve now had it for over 2 months and still no fix this truck has been a nightmare I haven’t been offered anything to make myself whole on this situation no loaner vehicle nothing out of the 3 years I’ve had it I got to drive and enjoy it for under one year. The truck having issues isn’t their “fault” however the handling of the situation is. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dealer. Mind you this is a very long story short. Take your money elsewhere. Buying is great until it’s bought and then you’re nothing.

I purchased a vehicle from Alfred when he managed the Mitsubishi location. I had a great experience so when I totaled my car I reached out and he let me know he’s now the General sales manager at the Jeep location. I went in to purchase a used car and left in a brand new Jeep for the same price. He put me with Jaret who also gave me an amazing experience. So nice to know theres car salesman you can trust.

Brought my grandmother here to buy a new 2026 Compass. The process was extraordinarily quick and painless. Thank you to the salesman Shac for the hospitality and helping her with her new vehicle purchase. As a mechanic myself and being in the industry these people are great at what they do and I couldn't have asked for better service to my grandmother and myself. You guys rock!
