I appreciated that other than the doc fees, I was not pushed for any extras. They asked but did not insist. My salesperson Weldon even texted me on his days off on the status. Good guys. He is a great person to work with, from my first phone call inquiring, to driving my new car off the lot, the entire process was excellent. Phillip worked with me to get me into a great vehicle, I was able to purchase a beautiful 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ, and the miles and the price were perfect. Would like to thank Josiah Ellis, our sales rep, for a smooth car transaction. Josiah communicates well, during and after the sell. We are really enjoying our new Equinox RS EV. Dealing with car dealerships and sales reps are never top on our list of exciting things but Josiah made this car buying experience pleasant. Would also like to mention Gabriel Anderson, who handled our paperwork and warranty work. He also was great to work with. We’re working through a few issues and Josiah has stayed on top of things. Very impressed with the entire experience.

Buying experience relatively smooth. Chevy was advertising 0%/60 months PLUS no payment until after Labor Day but finance guy claimed those weren’t stackable. Had GM financial on the phone and they confirmed it. I reached out to Chevy and they claimed each dealer decides that…so I don’t know what the truth is. Sales guy was friendly and helpful though.
