Jim Winter Cadillac

I called about a vehicle posted on Jim Winter website. I was told the car was being inspected and couldn’t be seen until it passed inspection and that I would be called as soon as it was ready. I never received a call so I reached out the following day and was told it was still awaiting service but has already been sold. Waste of time

Amazing dealership with attention to detail at every turn. A Service Advisor welcomed me by NAME when I drove up. Very Impressive. (It had been almost a year since I was there last!) Their new scanner system checked out all of my tire tread depth and their alignment as I drove into the service alley. WOW!! My car was ready well ahead of the time they said it would take and I was taken to the cashier by my original Service Advisor. They washed my car on top of it; Their waiting room was very clean offering regular and decaf coffee and tea as well as bottled water. The bathroom was unisex and very clean. We have other GM Dealership choices in our area, but Jim Winters Cadillac has been our 'go-to' dealership for our seven and eight year old (non Cadillac) vehicles since we moved to this area! They have set a very high bar and we recommend them to everyone.

GO SEE MARK BRADSHAW! 🌟 He was fantastic!!! I have been looking day and night for a Denali Yukon XL Duramax for MONTHS and as we all know they are insanely hard to find right now! I found this one online and while I had been hoping for new this one had only 14k miles and had EVERY OPTION I had wanted (which you can’t get right now when ordering new such as the rear entertainment.) I immediately called and spoke to Mark. I live in Kentucky and am 12 hours round trip away so I did not expect things would probably pan out doing things over the phone to justify taking a chance to drive up with plans to buy a vehicle I had never seen in person. Mark was SO kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. Within just a few hours we drove through the night to Michigan and picked up this beauty! It was immaculate just as Mark had described. Mark even had it detailed again for me before I arrived and filled up the tank! 💖 This dealership should be proud to have Mark as he represented them so so well! All of our family are big GMC people and even with the distance I will recommend this dealership and Mark to them all because of the awesome customer service and such an easy process! Thank you Mark, we love our new family vehicle!

If you're having any doubts about buying from this dealer, then don't! They are the first honest and upfront dealer I've ever bought from. I flew from North idaho all the way to them for a certified denal yukon. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive and Mark Bradshaw was amazing! Mark was honest over the phone about everything from start to finish. The yukon was exactly what he described over the phone and was perfect. Even though I live over 2000 miles away, this is my new dealership from now on. Thanks, guys!

One of my best car buying experiences ever. Rich the owner stopped to talk about my purchase and to make sure I was happy with everything.
