Booked an appointment to test drive and they were very courteous and gave me a last-minute appointment. The staff is very friendly and walked me through the car options and trims. I really wanted to drive a VW. The cars were great with good tech. The pricing they gave me on hand written post it :) made me think twice. The inventory is great. But overall experience was good. will definitely stop for future needs.

Had a great experience at Wynn VW. Mac was my guy from beginning to end. Came in to test drive the Tiguan as I was car shopping for my next lease, very knowledgeable as I decided between car companies. They have great deals and I ended up with my SEL Tiguan from them ! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process. Highly recommend!

Don't ever take your car here to be fixed. It may very well end up worse than when you started. Our Jetta had a manufacturing issue. We brought it to Wynn for the repair. We were told there was one car ahead of ours with the exact same problem, and ours would be next. That should be reassuring. Two months later, when that car was still being worked on, and the service manager at Wynn was dodging our calls? Not so much. We picked up our car, thanked God that they hadn't touched it, and took it to another dealer, who called us the next day to pick it up because it was fixed. This was a WARRANTY REPAIR for a KNOWN MANUFACTURING ISSUE. They should have been doing 2 or 3 of these a week, but instead, they were so incompetent they couldn't do one in a month. NEVER AGAIN. Take your car literally anywhere else.

Purchased a new Jetta from Wynn on 2/27. Very happy with the experience. Most of the car buying process was able to be coordinated via text, which was super helpful given our busy schedules. Signing the paperwork and getting set up with the vehicle went super smoothly. Many thanks to Steve, Danit, and the rest of Wynn for such a friendly, positive experience.

Steve and the team and Wynn VW were great - they made purchasing easy and fast. Car was what I wanted and communication was great with Steve and the management staff - no pressure to buy, no pressure to come in - just honest numbers and quick delivery!
