I have purchased two vehicles now from Jim Xamis, and I have been nothing short of impressed with not only the vehicle itself, but the service they provided. The first vehicle I bought was in 2020, and over the 5 years I had it, I had no issues with it. I only had to do normal maintenance to it. Fast forward to now, I have purchased my second vehicle from them, and I am absolutely in love with it. I worked with Ed over a couple of weeks looking for exactly what I wanted. I test drove a couple and knew they weren't for me. They received exactly what I was looking for as a trade in, and as soon as I saw it posted I knew it I had to have it. After searching all over Springfield for a few weeks to find the car we were looking for at a price that was reasonable, we ended up in Lincoln IL. We showed up at 3:40p not knowing they closed at 4p. Elijah came out and showed us everything we wanted to see, test drove what we wanted, and was willing to drive more cars with us until we realized they close at 4p. On Monday, we texted him the car we were interested in. We were able to get to the price we felt was a good deal for us and for them. When we showed up later that week, everything was ready for us and it only took us about 30 minutes to sign everything and drive off the lot. It was so easy!
