Our experience started out like most dealership experiences. We already knew which vehicle we wanted, had been in contact with the dealership for a week or two beforehand, and came in specifically to purchase that vehicle. The sales process went smoothly, the staff was friendly, and the financing portion was handled efficiently. Unfortunately, our experience changed after the sale was completed. As part of our agreement, the dealership was supposed to provide a check to help cover window tinting costs and replace the rims on the vehicle. The rims that were installed were scratched and visibly worn, and we never received the promised check. Since the purchase, we have made numerous phone calls, sent text messages, left voicemails, and attempted to follow up multiple times. Most of the time we receive no response, and when we do speak with someone, we’re told we’ll receive a callback that never comes. What is most disappointing is that customer service was heavily emphasized during the sales process, but that level of service has not continued after the purchase. A dealership’s commitment to its customers should extend beyond the sale itself. At this point, I cannot say I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership. If they would simply honor the commitments that were made and improve communication with their customers, it would go a long way toward restoring confidence in their business.

Star was great! She went above and beyond to help me find my new vehicle. She never gave up searching and checking in. She was very patient with me. The whole process was so easy and I never had to step foot in the dealership. For someone with anxiety this was a blessing. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

This was my first time purchasing from JB. It’s was mostly online and then calls and text through my salesperson Angel. Let me just say Angel went above and beyond to make sure I had pictures of the trucks I was interested in. After going through couple of trucks she had one that clicked. She sent pics and that was it. Being all was being done over the phone and text she kept me informed of every step of the process. Angel was very attentive and informative on my situation and vehicle the whole time. She is young and motivated. If you go to jimmy britt ask Dr Angel she will definitely make sure your buying experience is top notch. 5 ⭐️ to Angel and her motivation to do her job.

I had been debating on getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee for quite some time. On Monday I decided after searching online it was time to get it done! I had found one exactly like I wanted at Jimmy Britt CJDR in Statesboro, so I decided to go check it out. I had a not so great experience with the Service department a few years back and said I would never go back, but I did because I heard there was new management and service had nothing to do with Sales. Boy am I glad I did! Ms. Minnie Cooper was absolutely awesome!! She allowed for any and all questions and did everything I asked. Thanks to her hard work, I am now the very proud owner of a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! Ms. Minnie made it the best buying experience ever!!
