The picture says it all. Selling vehicles that are not ready for sale is not the way to do business. Guess Z06 sales are so great they would gladly not take my money AFTER I put down a deposit. Of note, they tried to push a ERAY on me after they realized the Z06 deal was falling through due to mechanical issues. “You let us know that you were not satisfied and we would rather lose you as a customer and refund your deposit (Which is what we said before taking your deposit, that it is fully refundable) instead of hold your deposit and be upset with us.”

Sales associate Janea and sales manager Manny wasted my time. We were working on a deal for 5 days and after we came to an agreement and I left a $2500 deposit and they ran my credit in order to get financing they decide to tell me 7 hours later that the car was sold to someone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS

In the last year I have purchased two vehicles from Jimmy Britt in Greensboro. Both experiences were excellent! My wife and I both travel a lot for work and put a lot of miles on our vehicles which means I typically buy at least one new vehicle per year. I have dealt with dealers all over the southeast and never purchased from the same dealership twice until I shopped with Jimmy Britt. The first experience was so good that when it was time for my wife to get a new vehicle we first shopped around but quickly decided to go back to Jimmy Britt and see what they had to offer. The second experience was just as great as the first and the deal this time was even better! I will definitely do business there again next year when it’s time for my next vehicle.

I spoke with the internet sales manager Brandon yesterday about a GMC Sierra and was told to come today that it was being UCI, and that I could come today and buy it. I live almost 2 hours away and we drove there this morning only to receive a text message and a phone call as I drove onto the lot that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I was upset that we had driven 2 hours and now had to drive back 2 hours and not being able to purchase the truck that I was told to come and buy today. Yet I was told well the manager did not let him know that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I gave Jimmy Britt dealerships a second chance after I was told at the one in Dublin that a Ram 2500 that I had went and looked at and wanted to buy but it had the check engine light on it was to go through the shop and as soon as it was UCI I was to be called and me go and buy it yet they sold it to someone else and again all I get is well I'm sorry. I was told give them a second chance to make things right yet I did and this was the way I was treated. I really don't understand Jimmy Britt dealerships!

Bait and Switch at its finest. They had a car listed on website. We made appt. to test drive. Drove an hour to go see and drive. Show up no car. Car is still at car lot two hours away. They talk us into different car. We sit down with finance man even though we wanted to pay cash. (Only way you can get rebates) printed out contract, I was about to sign contract I pointed at bottom price and stated is this what I’m financing? Guy snatched up paperwork ran out room. Came back with different paperwork that was 5000 more. We left and will not go back.
