# Summary The dealership receives polarized reviews, with customers praising competitive pricing, vehicle quality, and exceptional service from certain staff members, while others report experiencing unprofessional conduct, pressure tactics, and dishonest business practices from sales personnel. The quality of the customer experience appears heavily dependent on which salesperson assists the buyer, creating significant inconsistency in the dealership's service standards.

I’m not one to leave reviews often but I’ve never had an experience viewing a car as poor as I did at JM. The sales staff were completely unprofessional and made the whole test drive experience a pain. Although I liked the car and would have bought it, the lack of service and lack of honestly felt by my wife, my parents and myself left me feeling uneasy to pursue a purchase. I’m not surprised to see countless reviews outlining malpractice from this team. I’m glad I didn’t purchase the car and I would urge others to look elsewhere in their purchase decisions. I would expect the team here to hide faults in the vehicle and would anticipate hidden costs post purchase.

I don't usually write reviews but this is the very, very few time where I'm absolutely astonished by the unprofessional salesman they had, heres a rather long story to entail my sincerety in warning you to NEVER make a purchase from them. I've saw their ads on facebook and then shortly contacted them to view the car. I went and visit, and was stranded on the lot for half an hour before Chuck came impatiently to tell me to hurry up and get over with my inspection when I've only seen the vehicle for 5 ish minutes. He told me he has 'work' to do, which I responded that isn't it your job to serve the customer? As I proceed, he kept on telling me that the car which I chose is "not for a guy like you," which really gave me an ick throughout the whole test drive. Since the car is a bit old (15+ years), I wanted to check whether if the odometer has been fiddled, so as I recall him saying that the car is from Porshe Markham (brought it a week ago he said), so I called. Turns out, they had sold it a month ago to Mclaren Toronto, which they transfered me to Mclaren after (for the call). Upon chatting with their representative, I've found out that the car does have a relatively similar odometer reading as what JM has listed it as, so I believe it. I called Chuck few days later scheduling for a pre purchase inspection. He insisted that I do not use my own mechanic, but since I could not trust the man he is from the pressure and bullying he's done to me and my friend during our test drive, I insisted that I wanted to get my own mechanic. At this point, the only thing holding me back from walk out and FXXK all is the fact that I was interested in the car. But what Chuck said later on made my mind clear that he should be fired from his line of work. He yelled at me over the phone, saying: " Why did you talk behind my back and try to go buy the car from mclaren?" I was suprised that he knew this and was even more flabbergasted that he was threatening me of doing my own due diligence after how terrible a sales he was to me and my friend. I was in extreme anger and confusion to whether why I wasted time with that man. So I left. I am in deep exhaustion writing this review, because understanding that although my budget was relatively low, I do not believe that people should be treated by a terrible mannerism with phrases like :" You're wasting my time man, I need to go to work"; "I'm not going to fix the car before you buy it because what if the next person comes in and he's fine with the damage" "Look, then maybe you shouldn't buy the car because this is not for you" I am unable to perfectly deliver you what had happened to me, but at least if you're with me thus far, I'd hope you sense the unjust that has been done to me. If you're skeptic of the story, go ahead and dial Porsche Markham and ask them for the history of this car: WBANU5C55AC365897. Oh and for your information, Chuck is the sales to the two other lot near him according to him. So if you do encounter him watch out! The two other ones are: Ontario Quality motors and Turkmani Motors inc. 2025.1.7 You don’t recall this interaction? Well then I must be hallucinating writing all this words to make myself look like such a fool. How about a video I took of the damage I mentioned to refresh your memory? You really gotta do more than just spam fake reviews and unitary reply format for your PR Chuck.

Super bad experience. Bought a 2013 Audi A4 and the engine blew up within twenty four hours. Speedy Joy who i bought if from denied all responsibility. He passed us on to the owner Chuck. Chuck is a stand-up guy and paid $4500 to fix the car plus gave us a loaner to drive. In the end we ended up getting our money back in the form of a certified check. Do not buy from Speedy Joy! If you're gonna buy from anyone, ask for Chuck!

I initially found a car I liked at JM Fine Auto Sales and called to inquire. The representative I spoke with was exceptionally kind, and when I asked for the Carfax report, he was incredibly accommodating, sending it to me that same day. This level of responsiveness left a positive first impression. However, before proceeding, I researched the dealership and came across a negative review by Lethal Venom, which made me hesitant. For several days, I visited other dealerships and compared options, but JM Fine Auto’s prices remained noticeably more competitive. After discussing it with my family, who encouraged me to give Chuck another chance, I decided to make an appointment to see the car with Chuck. From the moment I walked into JM Fine Auto Sales, I felt welcomed and respected. Chuck was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He offered suggestions without any pressure, creating a relaxed and supportive experience. The transparency and integrity he showed were truly impressive—no hidden fees or surprises, just straightforward guidance and honesty. While JM Fine Auto Sales does not have the polish of a high-end dealership, the level of service I received was outstanding. Just like other satisfied customers—Bella Chia, Edward Santiago, and Francesca Judd—I am confident in my five-star rating for them. Chuck took care of everything for me; all I had to do was drive my car home. I would recommend JM Fine Auto Sales without hesitation, and I’ve already shared their information with my son, who is considering a purchase in the next three months. I’m grateful to Chuck for making this experience so positive. Not only did I get a fantastic car, but he even took care of a few minor issues after the sale. Thank you, Chuck, for your dedication and for helping me find a quality vehicle at a great price.
