I just came in and picked up the Colorado Trailboss 2026 and it is a perfect rig for myself. The customer service is great, and sales. Highly recommend to family, friends and anyone looking to get a new or pre owned Chevy.

Bought a car from JN Chevrolet on November 26th and didn’t receive the registration until March 19th. That’s almost four months of waiting, which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I had to physically go into the dealership in January just to ask for an update. That’s when they casually said they might need to send in another failed safety inspection—something they never once called or informed me about. I had to chase them down every step of the way. When we finally went to get the safety done, they told us they couldn’t complete it because we didn’t have the emblem that comes with the registration—even though the dealership had just given us the paperwork two days prior. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth, they suddenly “found” another copy of the registration with the emblem. Makes you wonder how long they actually had it and just didn’t bother to notify us. To make things even worse, they couldn’t even take off the license plate cover to place the emblem. Just pure laziness and a complete lack of attention to detail. On top of that, the salesman who sold us the car said he was “new” and didn’t really know the process… but he sold us the car back in November. That’s not a valid excuse months later. Overall, this was a frustrating, poorly managed experience from start to finish. I would not recommend JN Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car, new or used

After reading reviews, found that I’m not the only one to receive my truck with damages. It’s been over 6 months and still not resolved. It’s as if you take it in for repairs and it comes out with more damages. They said they can’t please me. If it was repaired/fixed correctly the first time, I’d have nothing to complain about but each time it went in, it came out worst or there were more damage(s). They are and were the highest priced on island. Jason was cool until he told me things like “maybe was you”, “ karma”. “Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness”. Kimo and Andrew🤙🏼 Go Waipahu or Cutter unless you want 6 car fax and you didn’t even take it in for oil change yet! Brand new, paid in full before delivered damaged. Long story short, never buying a Chevy again. Even corporate office didn’t really help. There’s a lot more negative things that happened but this is all for now. GO somewhere else, not JN.

Came in looking for a Colorado trail boss. Blake took care of me and was very professional and accommodating. Very easy going sales man and not pushy like the stereotypical car sales man. If you’re looking to purchase a Chevy on Oahu, go to JN Chevrolet and ask for Blake if you want professional, easy going, and an accommodating experience.
