I stopped in today to look at a truck and had a wonderful experience. I dreaded the thought of having to deal with a typical car salesman who is pushing and you feel like you’re being taken advantage of, but as soon as I walked through the door, a friendly woman named JILL helped me to a wonderful man named David who Showed me The truck I was interested in without pressuring me to make any big decisions, he went on a test drive with me and then answered all my questions. Then we went back to the shop. He helped me Get a price on my trade-in, And before you know it, I was dealing with Jill again in finance and I walked out with a truck. Wonderful experience everyone there was friendly and kind and helpful. David helped by calling my insurance company to switch things over he even helped me clean my old truck and JILL fully went over everything with financing explaining every detail to me, also saying to call if I needed anything even it was Just something little feel free to reach out for any reason. I recently purchased my car in the beginning of April. I was excited/sad to trade in my old car, but I have twins and I needed a bit more space. I had a decent experience at first and was under the impression my new payments would be around the same as my old car (I had a 2023 Tesla) but that did not happen payments are higher. I had issues with this new car then had to swap the car for the same make/model/trim and pay additional money because of a sunroof. After sorting out more car issues with my new(swapped car) I had to call and have issues addressed again. The service department was helpful after speaking to the manager. Now still waiting to hear back about trading this car in for a different model altogether because of the past issues, lack of features, and misleading information. I’ve also had family and friends who have had issues with their cars with multiple service checks.
