Very good salesman! Ryan worked very hard and got us a GREAT deal on our Santa Cruz Activity and trade-in. Philip was great and easy to talk to about everything electronic on the vehicle and any other questions I had. It was a great buying experience and definitely worth the drive to get the vehicle we wanted. They beat all competitors in my area by $2,000! Great experience at a service department. Fast and friendly, best communication I’ve had from a vehicle service department. This business really stood out to me, they were exceptionally upfront about what was recommended (cost and why it should be done). While working on the vehicle additional issues were identified, I got a video showing me that it was my vehicle and the issue at hand. I was then contacted, asked if I saw the video, and then asked which issues I wanted addressed. Best in class, other service departments I’ve used didn’t go above and beyond like this. Safe assumption is that the non-Hyundai service departments under the Joe Holland name are similarly ran. Highly recommend.
