Fantastic experience with Andres from start to finish. I reached out on a Friday evening, not too long before closing to ask about locating a vehicle from another dealership, and he was incredibly responsive—quickly speaking with his manager and following up with options and pricing. I really appreciated that he was not pushy at all about purchasing a vehicle already on their lot. When we arrived Saturday, he was assisting another customer, but the team made sure we were taken care of right away with a test drive and a comfortable place to wait. The entire process was smooth, and he communicated clearly throughout, making sure we understood every step. Even though the vehicle arrived right at closing time on Saturday, he and the detail staff stayed late to ensure it was fully cleaned, detailed, and fueled before we left. We didn’t leave until about an hour after closing, and they were still very courteous and apologetic for the timing. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend working with him.

Hands down best experience with a sales person. We aren't spring chickens either! We have bought and sold a lot of cars in our lifetimes. Rafael was informative, polite, funny , insightful, proactive and genuine. He was knowledgeable and personable. He was attentive to our needs.
