This dealership receives highly polarized feedback, with customers praising individual salespeople like Ed Still for honest, pressure-free transactions, while others report significant frustrations with service department delays, high pricing, and lack of follow-up communication. Service department experiences are particularly problematic, with customers describing lengthy wait times, incorrect parts orders, and repair costs that seem disproportionate to vehicle value.
Ed Still made buying my truck simple and straightforward. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest answers and solid communication. He listened to what I needed, stayed on top of everything, and made sure the deal was fair. I walked away feeling confident in the purchase, which is rare in this industry. If you want a salesman who actually has your back, ask for Ed.
Embarrassing customer service by sales department. Tony and Pete were nice enough guys, but still waiting for a follow on a lease two weeks after they promised they would contact me. If they did not want to deal with me, no issues just tell me.
I’m writing this on behalf of my son. His Jeep broke down nearby and was towed to the dealership. Knowing that he was from out of town and on the way to TN to start an internship, they still took almost a week to let him know what was wrong with the vehicle. $1300 just to figure out what was wrong and $13,000 to fix it (the vehicle was only worth $8,000). My son decided to buy a used car from them instead of having it repaired. After completing the purchase, he got on the road to TN and not an hour outside of Columbia, the tire busted. From these experiences, the service is slow, the price is high and they sell shotty used cars.
Horrible service! First trip was ok, but they needed to order my part. Second trip , wrong part (after a lengthy wait). Third trip, 2 hour wait “sorry we can’t get to you today and we have no loaners. Fourth trip, 3 hours in waiting and my jeep never moved off the lot. When I asked I was told it’d be over an hour more wait till they could even get to it and it was an over hour job (total lie about job time). 4 trips later still no warranty repair. At least an entire day wasted waiting in the service dept. Repair manual shows a 15 min job, each visit I waited more than 2 hours before they would tell me it’d be another hour more. No offer of a loaner. They erased my past reviews and still no management has contacted me to make this right. I’m escalating my complaints to all review platforms and Jeep wave.
They helped us to understand more about our new vehicle and resolve some issues, even though our vehicle wasn't bought here.
