He called later to see if I could figure it out. When I told him I was still having troubles he asked me to come in so that the Lincoln team could help. I feel very good about the whole experience. That is why I gave the five star rating.

Dallas was my Service Advisor for a routine oil change and recalls on my Lincoln Aviator. He provided excellent service from start to finish. My drop-off and pick-up times were right on schedule, and he made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. His communication was clear, timely, and very helpful. He made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service he provided.
