If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased vehicles here for both myself and my wife. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have a nearly new Chevrolet truck with only 23,000 miles that has had an ongoing front end wobble issue for months. The first time I brought it in, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I was never given a key for the lug nuts. I had to order one myself and then wait to be reimbursed. Three months ago, I brought it back for the same wobble. I was told it “just needed an alignment,” and I was charged for a rotation. The issue was never resolved. Now, after dropping it off again for the same problem, I’m being told that the Rough Country A-arms that were installed by this dealership as part of the lift before I purchased the truck are defective and must be replaced. I was told the vehicle is not safe to drive. This is a part they installed. The failure has also caused severe uneven wear on all four tires, and I’m now being told I may be responsible for replacing them. I was also denied a loaner vehicle. I even offered to pay for a rental myself and be reimbursed due to the inconvenience of a part failure they installed, and was told nothing could be done. The lack of accountability and customer service from the service manager has been extremely disappointing. This repair and the related damage should be covered by Rough Country and the dealership, as the issue stems from an aftermarket component installed before I purchased the vehicle. They also cannot give me any sort of time frame for when I will have my truck back. This experience has left me questioning whether I will continue doing business here.

I wish I could give 10 stars due to the service excellence from Mike and Lauren! I contacted them by phone and was able to work my deal virtually! I traded in my 2017 Tahoe and went with a newer model due to a new addition to our family! The entire staff was friendly and made sure to assist me in all ways possible. This process has not been easy trading in my vehicle but they brought in a sense of comfort. Even with financing, Lauren did her best to make things work. I’m forever grateful for this team! I would highly recommend Mike and Lauren!

Don't make the mistake I did and trade in a vehicle with this dealership...months down the road you will be putting more money into the vehicle because they never will inform you what's really wrong with it... the vehicle i have from them has no real trade value so im stuck with a vehicle now that is worth nothing!!!!!!! And spending hundreds to get the problems fixed !!! Thanks Joe Maus

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They pocket warranty money after you paid for it already so any claims you make stay pending bc they don’t pay the warranty company and then they stop answering all your phone calls. Seriously called every day for a week straight after notifying a lady in the office. No return calls just ghosted me.
