I traded in my 2025 Volvo XC90 for an F-150 Platinum at Huntersville Ford, and I can confidently say this is how buying a vehicle should be done. What makes this even more impressive is that earlier that same morning I stopped at another dealership to look at a CPO truck, and it was honestly embarrassing how trashed it was. It looked like the employee driving it treated it like a rental — dirty, worn, and nowhere near what you’d expect from something labeled “certified.” The difference between that dealership and Huntersville Ford wasn’t even close. When I got to Huntersville Ford, the truck was immaculate, priced right, and exactly as advertised. No games, no hidden nonsense, and absolutely zero pushy sales tactics — which is rare in the car business. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience at Huntersville Ford! Went looking at Broncos and decided to purchase one but ended up having to wait due to the recall. If you are in the market for a new or used ford Huntersville Ford is the place to go. I called them and spoke with Darius on the phone about any deals they had and he was very friendly and nice. I made an appointment and on arrival we was greeted and felt welcome form the get go the whole sales staff was friendly and nice. Darius was with a customer and Steven helped us with our purchase of the bronco. Joseph was our sales manager and he went above and beyond what he had to do to get us the bronco. The whole experience was amazing and will most definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Speaking of the purchasing process it was fast and easy. I was a Mazda employee and bought a Mazda the this experience was so much faster and better than my Mazda experience.
