John Amato Hyundai

My sales person Sam was great from the time I walked into John Amato Hyundai. He made me feel comfortable and let me know I could call him with any questions or if I needed anything. He has stood behind that statement. I brought my car in for a recall. The service department handled it, my car was taken care of within an hour while I sat comfortably in the waiting room. I was given an explanation of what was fixed and my car was returned to me after they washed it. My experience was great and I highly recommend John Amato Hyundai.

The locking lug fell off the rear passenger side wheel after my tire rotation last Thursday. What should the torque be on those, as I am going to check all of the lug nuts. Thanks Kevin Piquette

I was dreading shopping for a new car, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I contacted John Amato Hyundai. Sam Othman answered my call and listened to my needs and experiences. He got right on searching for my new vehicle, a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited. He contacted me back right away and suggested that we make an appt. to see it. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his lack of pushiness. He put me right at ease. I was originally going to go with the Costco Auto Buying Program, but it had me going so far away to the dealership. A friend was supposed to have the same update as me to our new 2026 Tucson SEL but a bad accident on the highway was preventing him from making his time slot and called me to let me know because 9 out of 10 times I would have traveled the same route. Thinking outside the box, I called John Amato’s service center and explained to John the service manager the situation and asked if we could switch time slots so my friend could still get the update. I had a 1 hour later time slot than my friend. Without hesitation, John, the service-manager said yes, that is Customer Service.
